MENU DIET ATKINS
Day 1
Bf: telur dadar 2 biji
Lunch: ayam bakar (perap sikit dgn serbuk lada hitam+garam) bakar atas tefal je.
Dinner: sate 5 cucuk (kedai punya. For sure ada gula pakai utk perap ayam tu kan. Ahhh blasah!)
Day 2
Bf: chicken wrap (wrap pakai telur dadar) + chedar cheese sekeping
Lunch : ayam goreng seketul + sayur goreng
Dinner: ayam goreng 2 ketul
Day 3
Bf: telur dadar + chedar cheese sekeping
Lunch : ayam bakar + scramble egg + sup sawi
Dinner: ikan bakar sekoq + sup sawi
27/1/14 (Isnin) :1st day
Sarapan : Scramble egg with onions & cheddar cheese slice
Lunch : 2 ketul ayam goreng (tanpa kulit) - beli kat f/court je...
Dinner : Dada ayam panggang yg diperap dgn Heinz BBQ sos
